We used M.A.D.E builders recently to carry out some refurbishment/remodelling in our Victorian terrace. It was quite an involved project – swapping a bathroom and bedroom, moving a downstairs toilet, installing a small drying room/utility, and putting in a new kitchen. The quality of the building work Mike and his team carried was great, they were very tidy, were always punctual, and were committed to seeing the project through to completion. We used M.A.D.E Builders UK’s (Landlord in-between tenancy service). All aspects of work were covered by made Builders, (decorating, plumbing, electrical work, vinyl floor fitting, UPVC door replacement etc.) removing the need for us to organise lots of different tradespeople. The quality of work was of a very high standard and everything was meticulously cleaned and tidied up meaning the house was immediately ready to let out again. The ability to fit all the work in, and bring together all the different trades in a tight time schedule was also impressive. I got M.A.D.E Builders UK back for some more carpentry works, once again fantastic quality and outstanding workmanship.  The oak doors in particular look stunning.

Cant thank Mike enough for fitting me in with such a busy work load.

I wanted my small kitchen and downstairs bedroom converted into a kitchen diner. Mike came around in early January as arranged and he took several measurements and we discussed ideas, designs and most importantly my budget. Mike came back promptly with detailed quotes. We agreed a price and a date for the works to be started. Mike was always on time, tidy and his workmanship is excellent and He takes pride in his work. We would like to thank Mike and M.A.D.E Builders UK once again for another cracking job.

We have not been able to use our garden for many years after major works were carried out on our house.

They designed and constructed a fantastic decked area better than we could of ever expected, we love it and our grandchildren can now play outside and we know they are safe.

We needed to do something about our downstairs toilet area on the back of the house due to damp and investigated a small extension. I saw Mike working on a local project and asked him to take a look. After a few meetings we decided to go ahead with a slightly larger extension with new cloakroom and also complete refurbishment of existing kitchen. Although the works uncovered some unexpected problems, the job was finished on time and on budget. Even more impressive due to the price of materials increasing. I suffer with Talipes (twisted club feet) and my husband is a cancer survivor, it’s just a matter of time before I won’t be able get upstairs anymore, so we have been thinking of having a disabled wet room extension and converting our dining room into a ground floor bedroom for a number of years now. We tried a good few builders who all said it couldn’t be done or weren’t interested in the job, we just about gave up and looked into selling our house and moving into a care home, we then came across M.A.D.E Builders UK and their google reviews, which of course sounded too good to be true.

After meeting Mike for the first time, his in depth questions and very detailed brief we could tell he was a cut above the rest. After many more meetings we got a full comprehensive quote and schedule of works, we decided to go ahead with the project. Obviously still apprehensive but eager to get going.

Once the works started we had issues with the main streets sewer system running right though our property, we thought this was the end of it and couldn’t have the extension. Mike got on the case and sorted everything for us, and the project cracked on.

Mike micro managed every single little detail of the project, from the size of my wheelchair, wash hand basin height, shower handle locations, height of handmade shower seat and floor levels throughout, so I could get everywhere in my chair including into the back garden which I’ve not been able to do for years.

Mike and his team are amazing and has changed our lives forever, the finish of the works are second to none. Myself and neighbours have never seen such a tidy, efficient, skilled and punctual builder (he was on site every single day of the project until its completion). The project was finished on time and within budget, (we also had many extras which were not quoted for), we have even booked them to come back and renovate the rest of our ground floor in the new year.

We have lived in our house for almost 30 years and decided to carry out some major remodelling works before we retired. We suffered at the hands of cowboy builders who took most of our savings and completely ruined our house, when we were at our wits end M.A.D.E Builders UK came highly recommended to us.

From the very start Mike Lee (The Project manager) was sympathetic to our cause and did everything he could to help us out, and promised he would give us our home back in one piece. His knowledge and skills were unquestionable, we have never seen such a clean and tidy building site, the whole team treated our house as if it were their own. Every single aspect of the project all the way to completion, fixtures/fittings and decoration all had input from Mike which we are extremely grateful for.

After being without our house for almost two years, we are now so pleased and proud of our new home, which we thought at times would never happen (on such a tight budget). We truly don’t know what we would have done without M.A.D.E Builders UK, we still have some work to do outside and look forward to working with the guys again in the near future.

MADE builders UK have just completed redesigning and fitting my new kitchen. I cannot recommend these Builders enough, If I could leave more than 5 stars I certainly would. I live in a townhouse so kitchen space, in particular cupboard and worktop space were at a premium. I have been pondering over a new kitchen for some time. MADE builders UK attended in order to give me a quote, I was instantly impressed by the friendly communication and honesty, they provided options as to how to redesign the layout of the kitchen to make the most effective use of the available space, their can do attitude and ability to visualise the final product gave me confidence to go ahead with the project. I was present when some of the work was being completed and I was extremely impressed with the attention to detail and the genuine desire for perfection. I recall that when a measurement was 1mm out (I could not even notice it) the builders took the time to re hang the cupboard, so it was exactly right. I now have an absolutely stunning modern kitchen which is a pleasure to cook and entertain in. Neighbours and friends who have visited have been lost for words as to the transformation all have commented on the build quality and attention to detail. Mike came recommended to us which is always a good sign. He worked for us for just over a week insulating the floor walls and roof in different parts of the house  as well as cladding an outside section. Mike went out of his way to drive down the cost of everything to meet our tight budget. He was fast,efficient and finished everything to a high standard. Couldnt have asked for more.
